2024 Shiraz (Great Western)

We sourced this fruit from the Sugarloaf Creek Vineyard, as machine harvested fruit/ berries only.

We fermented it naturally with wild yeasts in our winery, and matured this release in a French  Oak barrique.

This is our First release of this wine, with another 2 to follow in the coming years.

Deep magenta in color, blackberry jam, pencil shavings and white pepper.

Drinking nicely now and made to age well for the medium term.
